Procedure to follow for complaints


All inquiries or complaints must be sent as a matter of priority to Eurocaution Benelux SA.

All complaints sent by e-mail must be sent to .

To ensure that complaints are processed within the allotted time, please include the following details in your complaints: full name, complete postal address, telephone numbers, where applicable an e-mail address  and a clear description of the subject of your complaint, along with any relevant documents and particulars regarding the insurance product or service concerned (e.g. contract number, claim number, etc.). This communication can be made in the following languages: German, French, Dutch and English.
